Additionally, we offer two membership options: the Primary Care membership for $49 per month, which includes unlimited visits and follow-ups, as well as chronic condition management and care for children aged 3-17; and the Mental Health membership for $49 per month, which includes personalized text-based treatment for anxiety and depression, as well as everything included in the Primary Care membership.
